10. HOW DO WE GET YOUR CONSENT?

12. HOW CAN YOU ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

This is known as a “subject access request”. All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to the email or postal addresses shown in Part 15. To make this as easy as possible for you, a Subject Access Request Form is available for you to use. You do not
have to use this form, but it is the easiest way to tell us everything we need to know to respond to your request as quickly as possible. we will respond to your subject access request not more than one month of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time. In some cases, however, particularly if your request is more complex, more time may be required up to a maximum of three months from the date we receive your request. You will be kept fully informed of our progress. 

13. WHAT E-COMMERCE PLATFORM WE ARE USING? AND WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Our store is hosted by Lawrence Davis, Chimmney’s, Warmer Street, Stoke on Trent, ST1 3DH. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

Your data is stored through Lawrence Davis, Chimmney’s, Warmer Street, Stoke on Trent, ST1 3DHS data storage, databases and the general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Paypal stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
